1 Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SagarAIhub (https://sagaraihub.com), engaging in digital marketing consultations, or utilizing our free web tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you are advised not to use the website or contract services with Sagar Chauhan.

2 Digital Marketing Services & Scope

Sagar Chauhan provides professional digital growth consulting and execution services including:

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Technical audits, on-page optimization, keyword architecture, content velocity strategies, and high-authority link acquisition.
• Paid Advertising (Google Ads & Meta Ads): Campaign structure, search intent targeting, conversion tracking setup, creative design, and ROAS optimization.
• Website Design & Funnels: High-converting landing pages, UX redesigns, performance speed optimization, and responsive mobile architecture.
• Social Media Marketing & Content: Organic brand positioning, LinkedIn growth, and viral content pipelines.

Detailed scopes of work, deliverables, and agreed milestones are documented in customized project proposals provided to each client before engagement commences.

3 Realistic SEO & Performance Disclaimer

We operate with total transparency and strict ethical standards:

• No Guaranteed #1 Rankings: Search engines like Google continuously update their algorithmic ranking systems. While we deploy verified, battle-tested white-hat SEO strategies with high historical success, no ethical consultant can guarantee a permanent #1 position for any specific query.
• Ad Spend Separate: All advertising budgets paid directly to ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) are the responsibility of the client and are separate from management consulting retainers.
• Timeframes: Meaningful organic search compounding typically requires 60 to 180 days depending on industry competition, domain history, and backlink authority.

4 Free Web & Image Tools Usage License

Our suite of Free Web Tools (including PNG to JPG, JPG to PNG converters, Image Compressor, Meta Tag Generator, and Word Counter) is made freely accessible for personal and commercial usage without subscription fees:

• Tools run 100% locally in your browser via client-side processing.
• Tools are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted uptime.
• Users are prohibited from reverse-engineering, scraping via automated bots, or abusing server bandwidth.

5 Invoicing, Payments & Retainers

Consulting retainers are billed on a monthly or milestone basis as outlined in each project contract. Invoices are payable via verified bank wire (IMPS/NEFT/RTGS), UPI, or international payment gateways. Monthly retainers are non-refundable once campaign work, keyword research, and strategy sprints have commenced.

6 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of client agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction resting in the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.
