Hello Captain acts as a bridge between service providers/drivers and customers. The platform needed hyper-localized marketing to balance supply (drivers) and demand (customers).

The classic two-sided marketplace problem. We needed to rapidly acquire customers in specific geofenced areas to match the available captains.

We ran highly segmented, geo-targeted Google App campaigns and Facebook Ads. Simultaneously, we optimized the Play Store listing to rank for intent-driven local keywords.
